Satisfaction Survey

This component holds the satisfaction survey answers from users (members / admins / managers) and associated logic to interact with the model.

It is used in metabase to display the satisfaction survey results.

The component exposes only a pair of HTTP endpoints on its blueprint, and no business logic.
